Do you have any private events and celebrations such as Presentations, Christenings, Birthday Parties and Weddings coming up. We have a function room that might be perfect for your needs. The room comes with a bar, stage, dance floor, tables and chairs. The room has access to its own toilet area.
The disco booth can be hired with the DJ at an extra cost but this will need to be arranged when making the booking.

Our projector & screen is also available to hire for any work presentations or other functions in which you require it for.

All of our fee information is listed below and Terms & Conditions must be agreed to once all items are understood and accepted, when confirming hire.

Deposits
All Deposits to be paid in cash (at time of booking)
Booking £40 (non-refundable – balance 2 weeks prior to the event booking)
Cleaning £50.00 (further charges may be made if room left in an unfit state)
Damages £100 (refundable within 48hrs after event & inspection of hall, toilets and external areas)

Please note – to undertake any event preparations, access to the room may be available both prior
and after the above times, subject to availability and only with prior arrangement/agreement with
the BCA Bar Manager.
